Brandon Specyalski was a normal fifteen year old boy, with hopes, dreams, aspirations, and lots of friends. Brandon enjoyed playing football and baseball. He loved laughing, was a good friend, and a loving son. On August 24, 2008, Brandon passed away from accidental overdose of prescription medication while intoxicated. Although his death was labeled “accidental”, state investigators have since charged Brandon’s mother, Heather Specyalski, with 3 counts of risk of injury to a minor in the events that lead up to Brandon’s death.
This case is looking for information from anyone that may have been involved or seen
Heather Specyalski partaking in supplying alcohol to minors or anyone (including
minors) that may have been at one of Brandon's parties or hanging out with Brandon
and can supply information (with NO RISK of prosecution or getting in any sort of
trouble) as to Heather's indiscretions. Please, please help!! Send Brian an email
. You can certainly stay ANONYMOUS if that makes you more comfortable. Brandon
deserved better parenting and the TRUTH needs to be told!! Step up and do the right
thing!! We need your help, for Brandon’s sake!
If you are unhappy with how the prosecution
has charged this case, just three counts of Risk of Injury, ONLY one count of Risk
of Injury for Heather's actions, which directly related to Brandon's death, please
email your opinion. If you would like or allow me to send your concerns to the prosecuting
attorney in this case, I would be happy to forward it. The United States of America
allows the people to step up and voice opinions about our government. This is the
time to say enough is enough, parents that supply alcohol and drugs to our children
need to be SEVERELY punished, not just a slap on the wrist. Brandon died because
an adult, (his mother), thought it was ok to supply a 15 year old and his friends
(his friends could have just as easily died) with alcohol and drugs. Send her to
jail, express yourself, send an email or let your voice be heard on our blog. What
charges/punishment do you think is fair for this kind of behavior?
